- When installing the 4.0 FP03 patch update running addnode -update fails to complete successfully because the temp CMS launched crashes while trying to update the Out of Box Adaptive Processing Server meta-data.
- One consequence of this is that Dashboard Servers that were removed in FP03 are not removed from the CMC Server Listing page and appear to be unable to start.
