- The purpose of the query is to get the number of children under object ##### that do not have administrator (id 12) in SI_FOLLOWERS property array bag (SI_FOLLOWERS is a static array bag).
- Without the NOT or if the children don’t even have the SI_FOLLOWERS bag, the crash doesn’t happen.
- The access violation occurs in querystats.cpp Ln 229.
