1718129 - Rescheduling a completed CSV Webi instance to CSV again shows only ‘Column’ option in the "column delimiter" field and the resulting output shows literal text as ‘Column Delimiter’ instead of columns separated by tabs.

Symptom

Rescheduling a successful Webi CSV instance again to the CSV format does not show the proper options under the "Column delimiter" - it is different compared to if the schedule was set up new.

The resulting CSV file shows text "column delimiter" literally instead of formatting a column delimiter.
