1718332 - SPM: No content to activate when executing program /POA/R_PST_TRS_CUST_CTN to import data

Symptom

1. Some of the texts like measure and dimension names or report names appear in a different language other than the logon language.
2. Users are not able to save application properties like a new datasource or schedule properties

Symptoms 1 and 2 are described in SAP Note 1587922. SAP Note 1587922 is relevant for POASBC 100_702 SP04. These Symptoms were reported from SPM 3 SP1 on POASBC 100_702 SP5.
