1719448 - Error: "arg list too long" in the output file when scheduling a Java Program object in BOE XI 3.1.

Symptom

  • When a jar file is scheduled it is successful ; however, it does not perform any operation.
  • Check the output file created for the instance, it shows the below details:
    /app/xir3/bouser/bobje/data/procSched/bouser.JobServer/procprogram12909870422bb56b0/.crystal_env.sh[3]: /app/xir3/bouser/bobje/jdk/bin/java: arg list too long
