Symptom

After upgrading Wily Enterprise Manager to version 9 the following error is shown when accessing Introscope Webview:

HTTP ERROR: 500
java.lang.IncompatibleClassChangeError: Class com.sun.org.apache.xerces.internal.dom.DeferredElementNSImpl
does not implement the requested interface org.w3c.dom.Node
