1719747 - Malta postal code should be 'AAA NNNN'

according to note 1381564, Malta postal format should be 'AAA NNNN'
DQM seems to return always AAA only.

example input:
House Number 1
Street: street
City: sliema
Postal Code: SLM 0000
Country: MT

Output:
House Number: 1
Street: Street
City: Sliema
Postal Code: SLM
Country: MT

The SAP system expects AAA NNNN.

The problem is, that DQM doesnt know about it, and always proposes AAA only.
This format is rejected then by SAP.
