1720017 - The List Price is not Getting Updated Automatically While Creating a Sales Order

Symptom

The list price is not getting updated automatically while creating a sales order.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to the Sales Orders work center
  2. Select New Sales Order under Common Tasks.
  3. Enter the Account and Distribution Channel.
  4. Select the Items tab.
  5. Select Add Row to add new item.
  6. The list price is not updated for the item.

You find the List Price not populate automatically.

Cause

Price List is not maintained for the distribution channel.

Resolution

  1. Go to the Product and Service Portfolio work center.
  2. Select New Customer Group Specific Price List 
  3. Maintain the Price List for relevant Distribution Channel.
  4. Save all changes.
