Symptom

  • Error: java.lang.NullPointerException - [CRSDK00001016]
  • In Crystal Reports for Enterprise, when attempting to change the report to point from one BEx Query to another one that have the same structure, it generates the following error:
  • "Crystal Reports has encountered an unexpected error needs to close.
  •   java.lang.NullPointerException - [CRSDK00001016]
  •  Caused by: java.lang.NullPointerException - [CRSDK00001087]
  •  Caused by:  - [Internal Error DFAdapterL798]"
