1721843 - MSSQL: Post-steps after archiving, deleting or compression

Symptom

For many relational database systems (RDBMS), SAP recommends to reorganize the database or parts of the database and update database statistics after deleting or archiving a large amount of data, in order to avoid bad performance due to fragmentation or obsolete statistics.
As SAP Note 159316 and point 6 of SAP KBA 1660220 state that SAP explicitly recommends not to reorganize database if the system is running on Microsoft SQL Server，further clarification is required regarding the post-steps after archiving, deleting or compression.
