1725497 - Error "Invalid report! Please choose another report" when adding a Dynamic Source in Business Objects Enterprise XI 3.x

Symptom

When creating a Dynamic Publication, if you choose a WebIntelligence document as a Dynamic Source document in the publication, it throws this error: "Invalid report! Please choose another report".
- The error is returned with any dynamic source report (Deski/webi) created from the universe
- The error is not returned when Dynamic Source is a Deski report created from a Personal Data File source
