1726408 - Profit Margin Field is not Available in the Sales Order Query Screen

Profit margin field is not available in the sales order query screen.

1. Go to the Sales Orders work center.
2. Go to the Sales Orders view.
3. Show All Orders.
4. The Profit Margin field is not displayed here.
5. Select Adapt -> Enter Adaptation Mode -> Edit Screen.
6. Also there is no option to add this field via screen adaptation.

In this sales order query screen only the most important information related to the business document is captured, and the feature of having the adapted
field is not provided in the screen, this is the expected behavior of SAP Business ByDesign.

Follow the steps below to view the Profit Margin filed in the sales order:

1. Go to the Sales Order workcenter.
2. Go to the Sales Orders view.
3. Show All Orders and Find the sales order XYZ (XYZ represents the ID of the sales order).
4. Edit the sales order XYZ.
5. Select Adapt -> Enter Adaptation Mode -> Edit Screen.
6. Select the Items under Screen Layout.
7. Check the Profit Margin.
8. Save and Publish your changes.
9. Now the Profit Margin field will be available under Items section when you open any sales order.
10. Alternatively select the View All button of the sales order and go to the Pricing and Invoicing tab.
11. Here the Profit Margin information is available in the Total Pricing section.
