1727068 - Error Occurs in the Opportunity 'Value missing,enter an item value'

You get an error in Opportunity stating:Value missing,enter an item value. However you have already maintained the item value and quantity under the Items tab in Opportunity.

1. Go to the New Business work center.
2. Go to the Opportunities view.
3. Select the Opportunity List sub-view.
4. Show All Opportunities then Find ABC(ABC represents ID of the opportunity).

Error occurs Item value missing; enter an item value.

Price list for the Item added in the Opportunity has not been released.

1. Go to the Product and Service Portfolio work center.
2. Select the Pricing view.
3. Select the Price Lists subview.
4. Show Base Price List and choose Go button.
5. Find relevant service and choose Edit button.
6. Select the Items tab and add service product EDF(EDF represents ID of the product).
7. Select the Go button.
8. The product EDF is in Not Release status.
9. Select the item EDF and select Release button.
10. Save your changes.
