Symptom

During Solution Manager 7.1 configuration, when you try to create a new association you get the following error message:

Can't create association. com.sap.sld.api.wbem.exception.CIMException:
CIM_ERR_FAILED: Invalid key value or reference: %22SAP_BCMessageServer%22
