1728033 - There is no Information Being Displayed for the Field Contact Person in the Adobe Livecycle Designer

Symptom

There is no information being displayed for the field Contact Person in the adobe livecycle designer.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to the Application and User Management work center.
  2. Go to the Business Flexibility view.
  3. Go to the Form Template Maintenance subview.
  4. Show Active Forms and find form template Customer Invoice.
  5. Open the form template with easy form editor or adobe livecycle designer.
  6. You will see that the Contact Person field is showing as blank

Cause

Since the Customer Invoicing do not have a Contact Party field , it is not possible to provide the needed information in the invoice form template.

Resolution

This is the expected behavior of the SAP Business ByDesign.
