1728742 - Drill-down not working when viewing a report in Crystal Reports Viewer or Crystal Reports for Enterprise

Symptom

  • Drill-down not working.
  • Nothing happen when double clicking on a group to drill-down. 
  • In Crystal Reports, when double clicking on a group, it drill-down on the group. When viewing the same report in Crystal Reports Viewer, or in Crystal Reports for Enterprise, and double clicking on a group, nothing happen.
