1729297 - 4.0 Rapid Marts import errors

• Getting error when trying to import version 4.0 of the Cost Center rapid mart into 4.0 Data Services repo
• When trying to import via 32 bit Designer getting error:

  Cannot delete <Existing Table Definition> <> from the repository.
  Additional database information: <Cannot delete <Column List> for
  repository object <R3_DS ..MARC>. Additional database information:

  <Attribute Object >. Additional database information: <SQL submitted to
  Oracle Server <saprepd> resulted in error <ORA-00001: unique constraint
  (SYS.I_SQLOBJ$NAME_TYPE) violated>. The SQL submitted is <delete from

• When trying to import via command-line switches on Linux getting error:
  
   Initialization
            Cannot
  delete <Existing Table Definition> <> from the repository. Additional
  database information: <Cannot delete <Column List>                                for
  repository object <RM_DS.RM_USER.FISC_PERIOD>. Additional database
  information: <Cannot retrieve <Attribute> from the
        repository.
  Additional database information: <SQL submitted to Oracle Server
  <saprepd> resulted in error <ORA-00001: unique constraint
  (SYS.I_SQLOBJ$NAME_TYPE) violated
                                                  >. The SQL
