Symptom

  • When using Model Builder the following error will occur:
    PCM Framework error: "An error has occurred. Bitmap image is not valid. Details contained in the file "C:\Program Files (x86)\SAP BusinessObjects\PCM\Logs\PCMError.log"
  • When launching Model Builder or Book Viewer the following error will occur:
    The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000005)
