After installing Fix Pack 5.1 following problems are observed:
- Universe restrictions are ignored in Web Intelligence (webi) report.
- Universe designer crashes while creating new Restriction in Universe.
- Existing restrictions cannot be edited in Universe designer. It shows a blank window if tried to edit the existing restriction.
