1729401 - Install fails with error: checkPortInUse.exe

Symptom

  • During the installation, the "SIA and Start Server Configuration" screen is displayed. When you enter a "Node Name" and SIA Port (6410), an application error is displayed, and you can't continue the install.

    Event viewer logs show the following:
