1729838 - CMS does not start after installing patches on working SAP BI4.0 SP02 on Linux platform

Symptom

CMS server will not start during or after installation of the SAP BI4.0 patches.
Installation logs reveal multiple errors like one below :
Registering /opt/bobj/app/sap_bobj/enterprise_xi40/linux_x86/libEnterpriseFramework.so...
Problem registering or unregistering /opt/bobj/app/sap_bobj/enterprise_xi40/linux_x86/libEnterpriseFramework.so : Loading shared object failed. First tried to load library /opt/bobj/app/sap_bobj/enterprise_xi40/linux_x86/libEnterpriseFramework.so and failed because of error: [/opt/bobj/app/sap_bobj/enterprise_xi40/linux_x86/libOCAhelperw.so: undefined symbol: _ZN8CXLib5007SLogger11HasPassportEv]. Second tried to load library /opt/bobj/app/sap_bobj/enterprise_xi40/linux_x86/liblibEnterpriseFramework.so and failed because of error: [/opt/bobj/app/sap_bobj/enterprise_xi40/linux_x86/liblibEnterpriseFramework.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory]
