1730081 - Main language for documentation module /SDF/WS_MON not found during DDIC_ACTIVATION phase

Symptom

During import of ST-PI 2008_1_700 or 2008_1_710, DDIC_ACTIVATION phase terminated with exit code 12.

In the import log you can find below error message:

2 EDO654X"2.909" switch copied for activation, "12" for deletion
A4 ESFW 057 Business function set "/SDF/WS_MON" has been deleted
A4 ESFW 263 Start of deletion process for business function set "/SDF/WS_MON"
A2EESFW 282 Main language for documentation module "/SDF/WS_MON" not found
2EEDO671 Error while copying DDIC objects from switches
