1730539 - Intermittent Error: "HTTP 404...." during Logon to InfoView when using AD SSO or Manual AD Authentication after restarting Tomcat

Symptom

  • As the tomcat is restarted sometimes, InfoView shows HTTP 404 during Logon when using SSO or manual login. The error is resolved itself after another or multiple tomcat restarts.
  • In stdout following errors are noticed:

{ERROR} [localhost].[/InfoViewApp] Thread [Thread-1];  Exception starting filter authFilter
com.wedgetail.idm.sso.ConfigException: Could not validate VSJ password [caused by: GSSException: Failure unspecified at GSS-API level (Mechanism level: com.dstc.security.kerberos.KerberosException: Message not sent, max time exceeded.)]

SEVERE: Error filterStart
