1730540 - Error: "An error occurred while logging on. (LO 02040)" while logging in to Live Office using AD SSO in BI 4.0

• Active Directory (AD) Single Sign On (SSO) is configured for Live Office using SAP Note:1646920. Manual login works fine, however SSO fails with following error:

An error occurred while logging on. (LO 02040). Active Directory Authentication failed to log you on. Please contact your system administrator to make sure you are a member of a valid mapped group and try again. If you are not a member of the default domain, enter your user name as UserName@DNS_Domain.Name, and then try again. (FWM00006)

• SSO has been setup with constrained delegation in the environment.
• This KBA will work for any application that relies on web services configuration (dswsbobje for login) such as qaaws, design studio (new version is Lumira Designer), crystal reports for enterprise, widgets, analysis for office (aoffice), etc
