1730898 - Error when loading table with identity columns

Symptom

  • If number of loaders greater then 1 when loading a table with SQL Identity, the job will load first 1000 records from the 1st loader, however the 2nd loader will fail with Identity_Insert set to OFF error
  • It seems the Set Identity_Insert Table ON is only recognized by the 1st loader.
  • How to load a table with identity columns with Data Services?
