1731467 - Pricing procedure cannot be read (message PRC_DOCUMENT 131 or CRM_PRIDOC_COM401)

Symptom

After the upgrade to CRM 7.0 EHP2, when you create a sales document you get one of the following errors:

  • "Pricing procedure could not be determined" (Message no. CRM_PRIDOC_COM401)
  • "Pricing Procedure for Application CRM and Usage PR cannot be read" (Message no. PRC_DOCUMENT 131)
