1731574 - Web Intelligence: No data retrieved or error code 30270 when top level node of hierarchical prompt value is chosen

• A Web Intelligence report contains a prompt which uses a hierarchical list of values (LOV).
• When the top level node is selected as the value for the prompt, no data is returned.
• When the top level node and one or more sublevel values are selected, an error occurs:
  "An internal error has occurred while calling 'processDPCommandsEx' API. (Error: ERR_WIS_30270) (WIS 30270)"
• When only sublevel values are selected, data returns as expected.
