1732054 - Cannot view Web Intelligence Reports in Sharepoint portal 2010 Integration

• Opening of a Web Intelligence Report never completes when using Microsoft Sharepoint Portal 2010 (Sharepoint) Integration option (IOMS)
• Web Intelligence java panel starts and then continues loading indefinitely:
  
  
• Other types of reports and dashboards work fine without any issues
• Ensured that the Authentication providers for the IOMS Portal and all subfolders below are configured to have only Negotiate and NTLM,  in that order as discussed in kbase 1667976
  Below error can be found in the event viewer logs (Windows Application logs) from the Sharepoint server in this situation
  Exception: System.ServiceModel.ServiceActivationException: The service '/_vti_bin/AnalyticalReporting/ServerGateway.svc' cannot be activated due to an exception during compilation.  The exception message is: This collection already contains an address with scheme http.  There can be at most one address per scheme in this collection.
