1733813 - Unable to add any CR processing server and connection server in CMC after a modify install

Symptom

  • Unable to add Crystal Reports Processing Server and/or Connection Server 32 from the Central Management Console (CMC) in the servers tab
  • Problem can occur after a modify Installation on BI 4.0 Service Pack 2 base install, when removing and re-adding the servers from a modify install in add/remove software. At that stage those servers would no longer be available to add in the CMC
