1733928 - The kanban transaction PK13N does not work correctly after SAP GUI upgrade

Symptom

After upgrading to SAP GUI 7.20 patchlevel 10 hotfix 4 or patchlevel 11, the below mentioned functionalities are not working as expected in the kanban transaction PK13N by graphical display (The checkbox 'Tabular display' is not ticked on in the initial screen.):

  1. The kanban container cannot be selected by mouse.
  2. Double click on the kanban container does not work, e.g. The window for the kanban detail does not appear.
  3. The corresponding menu does not appear when the right click is done on the kanban container.
