1733934 - Why the Dashboard Server and Dashboard Analytic Server are in failed state after upgrading to BI 4.0 SP04?

Symptom

  • Dashboard Server and Dashboard Analytic Server are not present in CMC-Servers Section.
  • If they are present, they are in the failed state and if we try to start them then they are stuck at the Starting state.  
  • If we try to create them we cannot see the Dashboard and Dashboard Analytic Services in it.
