SAP Knowledge Base Article - Preview

1733946 - Users with no access to Personal Categories are not able to save Web Intelligence documents.

Symptom

  • Users with no access to Personal Categories cannot save the documents.
  • Error "ERR WIJ 77779" occurs when they select a folder to save the document using the Java Report Panel.
  • The "Save as" window never comes up when using the Interactive Report panel.
  • Documents can be saved correctly using the Web Intelligence Rich Client.
