Symptom

  • SAP Users not imported within Central Management Console (CMC)
  • After adding few SAP BW entitlement systems correctly, the new systems added are not importing the users
  • No error messages in the CMC
  • CMS traces shows the following error message: The following credentials are not valid and the system is therefore disabled: CLIENT=XXX LANG=EN R3NAME=SYS MSHOST="system.domain" GROUP=GROUP_USED USER=SYS_UUSER PASSWD=********‑
