1735531 - SSL error when creating Access Server in DS Management Console

Symptom

  • SSL error when adding Access Server in DS Management Console although SSL is disabled for Access Server
  • When trying to create Access Server in Data Services Management Console getting error: 

    Access Server '<servername>:4000' is not available. If SSL
    protocol is used, the java keystore for the management console must
    contain the certificates for the access server. (BODI-3016130)
