1735586 - Unable to grant privileges for _SYS_REPO.-objects via SAP HANA Studio authorization management

Symptom

You want to grant privileges (e.g. SELECT privilege) on objects in the _SYS_REPO schema described in the "SAP HANA Information Composer - Installation and Configuration Guide" (available on http://help.sap.com/hana_appliance ).

You do this via the user authorization management tab page and receive error message
"Could not modify user <user_name>'. Could not grant privilege 'SELECT' on 'ACTIVE_OBJECT (_SYS_REPO)'. Can only grant privileges for objects in content schemas"
when you save/apply the privilege assignment.
