1736245 - Some lcmbiar objects fail to import with errors like "Trying to create a non-folder in the root folder"

Symptom

  • Attempting to promote multiple objects with LCMBIAR file as source only achieves partial success.
  • Some of the objects failed have following Resolution Status=Copied, Dependency Status=All the required dependencies are included., Commit Status=Commit attempted and failed., Promotion Status=Failure : Trying to create a non-folder in the root folder. Id = 13550
  • Issue can be narrowed down to one specific user group which fails to get imported every time
  • Import of an LCMBIAR file with only this user group and nothing else works just fine.
  • Multiple versions of the LCMBIAR with multiple objects have been tested with same results.
