• When running a Process Integration (PI) cache update in transaction SXI_CACHE, the error below occurs: 
  "Unable to refresh cache contents
  Error during last attempt to refresh cache
  Error 'HTTP status code 403  Forbidden' while executing HTTP request
  (calling method 'get_status')"
• The error below may also occur:
  "Prefix number: entry missing for system <SID> client <client>"
