1737519 - Updating of Table (CE4XXXX_ACCT) entries in EHP5 and above

Symptom

  • Direct access on tables CE4XXXX_ACCT and CE4XXXX in an exit is not possible any longer in EHP5 and above
  • During Journal entry CO-PA table not populated after EHP5 upgrade
  • FI Line Item Substitution from Profitability Segment fails after EHP5 upgrade
  • CO validations / substitutions based on profitability segments do not work after EHP5 upgrade
  • Unique Profitability Segment not created for each Distribution Rule (settlement) after upgrade
  • Document splitting based on profitability segment does not work as before upgrade since all the G/L accounts are posted to the same PA segment number
