With 7.20 kernel std_dispatcher.out and std_server0.out files contain this error:

Could not open the ICU common library.
The following files must be in the path described by
the environment variable "LIBPATH":
libicuuc30.a, libicudata30.a, libicui18n30.a

With the 7.21-er kernel this error looks like:

Could not open the ICU common library.
The following files must be in the path described by
the environment variable "LIBPATH":
libicuuc40.a, libicudata40.a, libicui18n40.a
