1737742 - Web Part error when using BI4 and Sharepoint with host headers

After BI4.0 or BI4.1 IOMS installer has installed successfully on Sharepoint server using host headers (for multiple sites on the same port), while configuring sites on Sharepoint , errors similar to the below are seen:

Error #1 : A web part or web form control on this page cannot be displayed or imported. the type is not registered as safe

OR

Error # 2 : After correcting the install directory, the following error occurs when trying to configure the web sites: 
Feature with Id '<GUID1>' is not installed in this farm, and cannot be added to this scope. Troubleshoot issues with Microsoft SharePoint Foundation.
Correlation ID: <GUID2>

OR

 Error # 3 : when you deploy the solution the selected web application, all site collections start throwing error An unexpected error has occurered  as seen below :

• BI4.0, BI4.1
• Sharepoint 2010
• IOMS ( Integration option for Microsoft sharepoint ) for BI4.0 & BI4.1
• Multiple sites using host headers
