1738339 - Attachments cannot be opened

• Attachments included in Sub Process Design Assessment with Adobe in OWP - Offline Working Process, cannot be opened and an error message is generated that stating that the file does not have a program associated with it to perform the transactions;
• It does allow new files (i.e word documents and excel spreadsheets) to be added, saved but when trying to open the attachment from the specific tab in the Sub Process it will open as well as permit to add new attachments;
• However when a test like Sub Process Design Assessment are submitted the PDF received from planner activity will show the following error while trying to open the attachment and links from it:
• "This file does not have a program associated with it for performing this action. Please, install a program or, if one is already installed, create an association in the Default Programs control panel"
