1738341 - GRC menus in NWBC screen display in different languages regardless of the user's logon language.

Symptom

After GRC is installed, configured and tested, the transaction code NWBC shows different menus for each language installed in the system regardless the access profile.

Even with SAP_ALL profile, the user cannot see the same menu options for all languages installed.
