Symptom

  • Some popup dialogs of Web Intelligence documents don't show up in Internet Explorer (IE) when accessing InfoView using Single Sign On (SSO) through WebSEAL 6.1
  • For example, the Save As dialog does not display when trying to save the Web Intelligence document and web page error "'favoritesFolderID' is not declared" occurs
  • The issue does not occur with FireFox browser
