When printing to Custom Paper Sizes they are ignored and the default printer is used. Also if the paper width is greater than the length the Orientation is rotated.

Reproducing the Issue
When printing to a Custom Paper size ( User Defined ) Crystal Reports for Enterprise would ignore the selection and default to the default printer.
Resolution
Both issues have now been resolved with Support Pack 04.
