1739277 - Errors when using XI 3.1 SP5 on Tomcat 7 with Russian language settings

Symptom

When activating Russian language settings for a user in SAP BusinessObjects XI 3.1 SP5 running on Tomcat 7, the CMC functionality is extremely limited and may show a HTTP 403 Error:

 

HTTP Status 403 - Ошибка лексемы доверия. URI[/CmcAppActions/jsp/Shared_Rights/rights_add.faces] Значение [null] Сообщение[BOE Trust Token filter failed.message [Invalid Token]]
