1739301 - Get errors when trying to load a .net webservice - DQM SDK

Symptom

  • The same application compiled as a Microsoft Forms application works fine.
  • When trying to set the application up as a web service it fails with errors.
  • Error:  "Event code: 3008
                Event message: A configuration error has occurred."
  • Error:  "Exception type: ConfigurationErrorsException
                 Exception message: Could not load file or assembly 'dotnet_emdq' or one of its dependencies. An attempt was made to load a program with an incorrect format."
