1739340 - ESR/ID Export Using CTS+ option is disabled

Symptom

CTS+ has been configured in Process Integration (PI) or Process Orchestration (PO) system. When perform transports in the Enterprise Services Repository (ESR) or Integration Directory (ID) using the CTS+ option, the CTS+ option is disabled or it is not visible in Tools -> Export Design Objects.
