Symptom

  • In case of Letter of Credit (LoC), the guaranteed value is showing as 100% in sales order line item data, whereas in delivery document it is showing guaranteed value at 0.00%.
  • This happens when Sales order credit release is done through VKM* transaction and outbound delivery is created on the same day.
