1739648 - Technical name isn't generated automatically anymore when saving Crystal Reports

Upgrade SAP BW system from 7.01 to 7.03

1. Create a new report and save it locally
2. Try to save it to BW (observe that the fields for description and technical name are blank)
3. Close Crystal Report
4. Open the report saved locally and try to save it to BW (observe that the fields for description and technical name are blank)

This has been escalated to Product Group as a potential bug and tracked under ADAPT01629793

This behavior is by design.  From BW 7.02 onwards, the user has the possibility/option to  enter a more user friendly Technical name for every BI object (including crystal report), which explains why the fields are left blank.  Thus Crystal Reports will check the backend BW version to see what kind of save dialogue should be used and displayed which explains the change in behavior after the BW upgrade.
