Symptom

When running a simple Java SDK application deployed to Weblogic running against BI 4.0 the logon method call throws exception

java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: Could not initialize class com.businessobjects.bcm.BCM or

cause:com.businessobjects.bcm.exception.FIPSError: Cryptographiclibrary is not FIPS-140-compliant.
